On behalf of our client, a global pharmaceutical company, IQVIA is seeking a Sales Representative to join an exciting working environment in the therapeutic area of Calabria.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

  1. Achieve sales and turnover targets by organizing regular visits to healthcare professionals (Doctors).
  2. Plan activities effectively to monitor the market and customer portfolio, including digital activities, and develop emerging needs in line with group guidelines and managerial directives.
  3. Maintain and enhance the brand image and presence of the company's products by managing relationships with opinion leaders and overseeing local communication and promotional initiatives.
  4. Provide technical, scientific, and clinical support to customers by understanding their needs and facilitating support requests to division functions.

Who You Are:

  • Scientific degree in biomedical sciences, chemical-pharmaceutical disciplines, or scientific information on medicines; or documented experience as an ISF before 11/01/1993 (per Legislative Decree no. 219 of 24 April 2006).
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role; previous experience with gynecology is preferred.
  • Knowledge of the Calabria territory and competitive landscape is preferred.
  • Residence or domicile in Calabria is preferred.
  • Customer and result-oriented, flexible, proactive.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in IT and open to digital approaches.
  • Good knowledge of English.

Type of Contract:

Permanent contract via leasing company, with a company car and sales incentive plan.
