Group Controller

PROSE is one of Europe’s leading partners for mobility engineering. We are an international team realizing A-Z projects for the rebuilding / refurbishment of railway vehicles, development projects of sub-systems and components, as well as advisory and consulting assignments.

You will report to our Head of Group Controlling located in Pisa, and collaborate with the local finance managers and project managers, spread amongst the various countries PROSE is operating in.

Responsibilities and Requirements

• Required education and know-how
• Bachelor / Master’s degree in a relevant field (i.e., Controlling, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Industrial Engineering)
• 3+ years of professional experience in financial controlling, preferably for international mid-size companies in consulting and/or project business
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently, while also participating collaboratively as part of a team and accepting responsibilities from supervisors
• Problem-solving ability
• Experienced user of MS Office
• Plus: experience in ERP Microsoft D365
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
