Strategic Technology Leader

We are looking for a skilled Lead to make strategic technical decisions, drive solution development and foster collaboration between functional stakeholders.

• Job Description :
• Lead technical decision making in ERP and Finance-related projects;
• Coordinate development teams in defining and implementing solutions;
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand process requirements;
• Draft technical documentation and analyze design choices;
• Oversee development, integration, testing and release phases.

Key Skills and Qualifications

A successful candidate should have :

• At least 5 years of experience as a Technical Lead or Solution Architect in the ERP / Finance domain;
• Strong technical expertise in ERP solutions (Oracle EBS / Oracle Fusion);
• Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies;
• Technical or functional certifications in ERP systems;
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders;
• Good command of the English language.
