Job Description:

STAFF S.P.A. is seeking a Capo Squadra for a company operating in the service and large distribution sector. The ideal candidate has previous experience in coordination roles and demonstrates a strong aptitude for working in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities:

• Supervision of work areas
• Management of team members
• Operational control and onboarding of new staff
• Security alarm setup
• Weekly and daily work scheduling
• Management of work shifts
• Maintaining quality standards

Activities will be carried out across various supermarket departments and, if necessary, at suppliers.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in similar contexts or operational management roles
• Knowledge of the GDO sector
• Organization and precision
• Ability to handle unforeseen issues
• Availability for night shifts and travel

Work Schedule:

Part-time, 30 hours per week on shifts, Monday to Saturday, with Sunday off. Shifts from 23:00 to 04:00 or from 04:00 to 09:00.

Contract Type:

Initial temporary contract with the possibility of permanent employment, according to the CCNL MULTISERVIZI (salary to be evaluated based on experience).
