CUSTOMER PROFITABILITY - FINANCIAL ANALYST

The Financial Analyst will play a key role in the Customer Profitability team responsible for the Away from Home (AFH) channel. The analyst will partner cross-functionally with stakeholders from Sales, Trade Marketing, and Revenue Growth Management, providing support on business cases, overall P&L management, promotional activities evaluation, and key performance indicator analysis. Additionally, the analyst will be responsible for updating, innovating, and maintaining various performance and budget reports.

  • Lead in areas of responsibility by monitoring P&L performance of specific AFH customers : analyze data, interpret results, make comparative analyses, and recommend actions for optimization and improvements.
  • Monitor investments and drive decisions towards more profitable actions.
  • Evaluate financial performance by comparing actual results with plans and forecasts (variance analysis).
  • Ensure governance is maintained based on Chart of Accounts (CoA) and Commercial Policy.
  • Seek new, simplified, and innovative ways of working.
  • Support stakeholders in negotiations by providing analysis and driving decisions focused on customer needs, governance, and profitability to promote company growth.

Qualifications :

  • 1-2 years of sales or brand controlling experience; budget controlling knowledge is a plus.
  • Preferably experience in the consumer products industry, but not mandatory.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
  • Team-oriented attitude.
  • Strong collaboration skills, demonstrating a growth mindset and agile approach.
  • Critical compliance issues are detected and resolved promptly.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Strong technical and analytical skills with good business acumen.
