Job Description

• Service Reporting : You will be responsible for creating detailed reports on Call / Rate by Country and Product Line, Cost Control Reporting - Analyzing Pex on Call data by Country and Product Line; Tracking replacement volumes and values by Country and Product Line, Service Network Reporting - Maintaining and updating the Quality Dashboard, Customer Satisfaction Reporting - Conducting surveys and monitoring Service Levels.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our Senior Service Analyst to ensure that our service standards are met and exceeded. Your excellent command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, will enable you to efficiently manage and analyze large datasets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Recent graduate or student in statistics or a related field
• Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
