Real Estate Consultant Retail Services

Engel & Völkers, a global leader in the premium real estate segment, with over 30 countries and 16,000 employees worldwide, is expanding its Milano Lombardia team. We are seeking a Real Estate Consultant to join our Retail Services division, focusing on Letting, Advisory, and Capital Market activities.

Based in the heart of Milan, near Piazza Duomo, our office specializes in agency and investment services across various asset classes including Retail, Office, Industrial & Logistics, Production Facilities, and Hotellerie. We value expertise, passion, and market knowledge as our core strengths.

Responsibilities

• Market research and product analysis
• Development of marketing strategies and sales processes, from negotiation to closing
• Managing ongoing negotiations
• Contact with institutional operators and prospecting new clients
• Regular updates and use of the company CRM
• Providing agency opinions and feasibility studies

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in real estate, preferably in Retail
• Strong passion for Real Estate, especially in Commercial sector
• Good knowledge of Milan
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Motivated to grow within an international group
• Professionalism, integrity, and commitment
• Team-oriented mindset
• Good organizational skills
• Fluent in Italian and proficient in English; additional languages are a plus
• Proficiency with IT tools
• Possession or willingness to obtain P.IVA; real estate agent license is preferred
