Technical Sales / Solutions Manager – Northern Italy - €70,000 - 90,000 + Benefits

Are you passionate about renewable energy and ready to drive technical sales in one of Europe’s most dynamic solar markets? Our client is looking for a Technical Sales Manager to lead their growth across Northern Italy.

Your responsibilities:

• Shape and execute go-to-market strategies tailored to the Italian market.
• Be the go-to expert for solar solutions including microinverters, hybrid inverters, battery storage, and EV chargers.
• Identify client needs and deliver technical presentations
• Train and support distributors, installers, and sales teams to ensure high-performance installations.
• Stay ahead of Italian solar regulations, incentives, and competitor trends.

Your Profile:

• Experience technical sales, applications engineering, or solution design in solar, energy storage, or EV charging.
• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Energy Technology, or related field (beneficial)
• Deep knowledge of solar PV systems or energy storage.
• Fluent in Italian and English; other languages are a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer engagement skills.
