Position: Product Manager

Match People, a specialized Head Hunting company focused on recruiting qualified personnel for senior and middle management roles, is currently seeking a Product Manager for a rapidly growing company based in Tradate. The company operates in an international environment within the industrial packaging sector.

The selected candidate will join the Product Development Office and will be responsible for managing complete projects from initial client contact to first production. This is a key, cross-functional position requiring a long-term vision and interest in stability and internal growth. The role supports a new project focused on the development of cosmetic sticks in a dynamic and expanding environment.

Main Responsibilities

1. Direct management of client relationships, translating marketing and functional needs into feasible technical solutions.
2. Overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from prototype development to industrial production.
3. Coordinating technical activities internally, in synergy with the technical office, production, and quality departments.
4. Collaborating with production teams to ensure effective industrialization on automated lines.
5. Contributing to continuous process improvement with a focus on efficiency, quality, and technical innovation.
6. Mentoring and coordinating a junior Product Management figure in the future.

Qualifications

• Technical diploma or degree.
• Previous experience in the packaging sector, preferably in cosmetics or personal care, in technical roles related to product development.
• Languages: Native Italian, fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to read technical drawings.
• Excellent knowledge of injection molding processes, focusing on mechanical aspects (preferably beyond automation).
• Cross-functional project management skills, client interaction, and technical coordination.
• Teamwork attitude, end-to-end product vision.
• Proactivity and desire for growth within the company.

Additional Information

• Direct employment in the company with a salary package aligned with experience: approximately €30,000 - €40,000 RAL.
