To strengthen our Communication & Events unit, we are looking for someone like you : a committed Social Media Manager (f / m / d) ready to take our social game to the next level.

This is what we entrust to you :

  • You will develop a social media strategy that lets our brand shine – on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Bluesky, and maybe more platforms to come.
  • You think in stories and create smart, engaging content in text, image, and video.
  • You’ll take the lead across all our social media channels and be the go-to person for everything from likes to shares.
  • Content uploads, reporting, and trend scouting are part of your daily tasks.
  • You’ll help grow and engage our social media community and strengthen interactions with our followers.
  • You’ll collaborate with our creative team and external partners to create campaigns that inspire.

You have what it takes :

  • You have at least 3-4 years of experience in social media management (ideally with an agency background).
  • You’re skilled in content production, whether with a smartphone or a professional camera. Your videos and visuals make people want to see more.
  • You’re proficient with the Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator), Meta Business Suite, and tools like CapCut, Canva, or Hootsuite – this is where you thrive.
  • You have a feel for digital trends and innovative communication.
  • Creating analyses, reports, and presentations is part of your workflow.
  • You work independently, in a structured way, and communicate clearly.
  • You are passionate about the NOI brand and our mission.
  • You have excellent English skills and very good German and Italian skills.
