As a Supply Chain Business Analyst - eCommerce , you will implement and optimize eCommerce platforms, bridging business and IT teams to translate strategies into IT solutions. Your responsibilities include analyzing and documenting processes, integrating platforms with legacy systems, and aligning with IT strategy.
Your missions :
- Analyze and document business processes and requirements related to eCommerce solutions.
- Implement and optimize eCommerce platforms, integrating them with existing systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process gaps and improvement areas.
- Support strategy development and assist the Product Owner in product refinement.
- Create and deliver training materials tailored to specific products.
- Support troubleshooting and issue resolution as part of the third-level support team.
- Drive process automation and system enhancement opportunities.
- Design business scenarios and use cases to maximize product adoption and value.
Your profile :
- Functional knowledge of supply chain flows, especially in eCommerce.
- Experience with platforms like Commercetools, Magento, or Shopify.
- Experience with OMS platforms such as Manhattan Active Omni, IBM Sterling, or Microsoft D365 IOM.
- Experience working in Agile / DevOps environments using design thinking.
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement and team collaboration.
- Ability to analyze, document, and optimize processes and systems.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Experience in a global, virtual team environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability to diverse technical configurations.
