SUPPLIER QUALITY ENGINEER

The resource will be responsible for quality verification, ensuring that all products are free of defects and conform to technical and production specifications, as well as company quality and process standards.

Activities:

• Provides support to the supplier qualification process.
• Periodically monitors the quality performance of suppliers, preparing and performing specific audits, evaluating their performance, and proposing improvement plans to reduce defect rates.
• Manages Supplier NCs and Waivers within internal reports and customer complaints, defines and conducts tests and evaluations on products to identify quality problems.
• Manages component sampling.
• Performs CQC (Certificate of Quantity and Conformity) analysis and shares findings with the supplier.
• Supports process engineering by acting as a liaison between the engineering department and the supplier to identify quality issues and find solutions.
• Monitors the development of new components during their progress stages.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or electronic engineering.
• Excellent knowledge of quality control standards.
• Ability to guide process improvements.
• Proven experience in manufacturing and supplier management.
• Thorough understanding of manufacturing and engineering principles.
• Experience with manufacturing processes.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
