Accounts Payable

We are looking for an Accounts Payable professional to join our global CRO. You will work within the Financial department under the supervision of the Invoicing Accounts Payable Coordinator.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Handling administrative activities;
2. Overseeing current accounting in accordance with currency and fiscal norms, including activities outsourced to specialized consulting firms;
3. Providing accounting data necessary for management and budget preparation;
4. Managing the administrative aspects of procurement (grant patient);
5. Maintaining relationships with hospitals to manage Ethics Committee fees and Hospital Fees (grant);
6. Handling hospital agreements (vendor);
7. Managing payable invoices and relationships with suppliers;
8. Reconciling accounts for monthly and annual closing.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

1. Bachelor's degree in Economics or a similar field; a Master's degree is a plus.
2. At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
3. Previous experience working in a CRO is a plus.
4. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
5. Good planning and organizational skills.
6. Team-oriented mindset.
7. Experience with government electronic payable invoice exchange platforms such as “Fatturazione Elettronica,” “Cassetto Fiscale,” and “FATEL” tools.
