Role and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with managers to understand requirements and establish effective recruiting strategies.
• Develop and advertise accurate job descriptions to attract qualified candidates.
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates.
• Assess candidate interest and cultural fit within ION.
• Foster relationships with candidates and share best interviewing practices.
• Build networks of internal and external resources.
• Ensure timely and engaging communication with candidates.
• Partner with Marketing to enhance employer branding.
• Promote company values and culture through content.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and recommend improvements.
• Identify industry best practices and nurture partnerships to elevate branding.

Requirements

• Focus on delivering excellent candidate experience.
• Be ambitious, efficient, and stable under deadlines.
• Build relationships across disciplines and time zones.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels.
• Willingness to learn and utilize software tools.
• Degree in Marketing, HR, or related field preferred.
• Proven success in recruiting, especially in the tech space.
• Experience with candidate tracking systems.
• 5+ years of recruiting experience.
• Aptitude for sharing best practices and acting as a talent advisor.
