Senior Production Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Manager to join our team in Origgio (VA). As a key member of our production department, you will be responsible for leading the team and driving productivity improvements.

• Collaborate with the Operations Director and Production Coordinators to define production targets and workflows;
• Develop and implement operational calendars that regulate activities, timings, and methods;
• Manage technical issues with Production Coordinators, focusing on problem-solving and continuous improvement;
• Ensure machinery and equipment maintenance;
• Plan and manage maintenance schedules in collaboration with Production Coordinators;
• Generate and maintain production reports to track performance.

The ideal candidate should have :

• Previous experience in production management;
• A Master's degree in a technical field, preferably scientific;
• Ability to work on Saturdays for maintenance supervision tasks;
