Job Summary
Responsabilità principali
Il Manutentore meccanico esegue interventi di manutenzione meccanica, a carattere preventivo o su chiamata per guasto, ed effettua attività di assistenza, al fine di assicurare il corretto funzionamento dei macchinari/impianti destinati alla produzione e consentire il normale svolgimento delle lavorazioni.
Le aree di attività fondamentali sono l'effettuazione delle riparazioni, la prevenzione di guasti e anomalie e il miglioramento delle attrezzature.
Garantisce il corretto svolgimento delle attività sotto il profilo di sicurezza, qualità del lavoro, tecnica, quantità
Attività principali
- Esegue le manutenzioni meccaniche sui macchinari di produzione
- Garantisce il corretto svolgimento delle attività sotto il profilo di sicurezza, qualità del lavoro, tecnica, quantità
- Ha frequenti rapporti con la produzione a cui deve assicurare la piena disponibilità delle macchine.
- Effettua attività continuativa di monitoraggio sul funzionamento di componenti meccaniche di macchinari/impianti di produzione
- Pianifica ed esegue interventi di manutenzione ordinaria e programmata (es. lubrificazione, pulizia meccanismi ecc.), sulla base dei cicli/ore macchina
- Pianificare periodi fermo macchina per manutenzione
- Interpreta un disegno tecnico, con particolare riguardo alla quotatura e alla finitura dei pezzi e alle operazioni di smontaggio
- Esegue interventi di sostituzione preventiva di elementi o parti di una macchina soggette ad usura
- Monta e smonta i macchinari/impianti e sottopone periodicamente macchinari e parti degli stessi a test di funzionamento al fine di valutarne l’efficienza
- Verifica i risultati manutenzione macchinari/impianti
- Assiste l'operatore di macchina collaborando alla messa in esercizio
- Effettua piccole operazioni di set-up e taratura delle macchine di produzione
