Junior Full Stack Developer

About the Role

You will be the first Software Developer in Milan , so we are looking for somebody willing to work with colleagues in other countries and who is not afraid to take ownership of tasks and move fast.

We’re looking for a driven Junior Full Stack Developer to join our team and help build products that shape how people connect and share experiences. You’ll work across our MERN-based stack, contribute to high-impact features, and bring thoughtful engineering practices to a fast-moving product team.

The successful candidates will possess experience in many if not all of the following :

TypeScript

React (and ideally some familiarity with Redux or similar state management)

Node.Js and Express

MongoDB

HTML and CSS templating using Pug and Sass

AWS services (e.G. Lambda, S3, CloudFront, EC2)

REST API design and integration

Git and collaborative version control workflows

Automated testing and CI / CD pipelines

Who You Are

You’re entrepreneurial , results-driven, and thrive in a fast-paced, mission-led environment.

You have 1-3 years of software developer experience

You have ideally already worked full-time or as an intern in a startup-environment

Bonus point if you have created personal projects
