Main Purpose

The Floor Manager supports the Director of Bars in overseeing the efficient running and profitability of the outlet according to our standards and procedures.

Reports to

Director of Bars.

Main Duties And Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Bars in ensuring a tailor-made bar experience and guest satisfaction according to our standards and procedures;
• Ensure the bar team works according to our standards and procedures;
• Oversee the bar service, supporting the team when needed;
• Create and maintain a professional and personalized relationship with guests, handling comments and complaints;
• Foster professional relationships with colleagues and other departments;
• Motivate the team to achieve guest satisfaction;
• Assist the Director of Bars in managing human resources, including training, scheduling, coaching, and disciplining employees;
• Support in reaching financial goals, inventory management, and controlling stock levels and costs;
• Organize hotel events under the supervision of the F&B Manager (e.g., banquets, weddings).

Other Requirements

• Experience in similar roles in 5-star hotels or reputable bars;
• Advanced English proficiency;
• Knowledge of F&B management software;
• Evidence of self-development through courses or workshops;
• Valid HACCP certification;
• Experience as a trainer is a plus.
