Representing the voice of the consumer for Philips in the Market and being responsible for delivering measurable business impact (Growth, Consumer NPS and Brand Preference) for the Mother & Child Care in Personal Health Business with consumer - focused propositions through the creation and implementation of the 24-month integrated consumer-centric Marketing plan in the Italy, Greece and Israel zone .

Your role :

  • Responsible for effective BMC (Business-Market-Combination) planning based on granular Source of Business analyses : partner with Business Marketing & Sales leaders to build the BMC handshake and ongoing performance management against plan. Orchestrates the BMC process and secures BMC targets in conjunction with Consumer Marketing Leader and Channel Leader s (across all BMC for the overall product portfolio in the Market)
  • Drives demand generation and ensures that business performance is being delivered according to KPIs such as yearly sales, market shares, Integral Gross Margin (IGM) through price realization and product mix in the Zone, A&P and marketing ROI.
  • Based on Personal Health IIG Strategy and Brand strategy in the Zone , develops and implements the 24 month rolling Integrated Marketing Plan (LMAP). Work cross business and cross-cluster to ensure all consumer facing marketing activities are covered in the Zone .
  • Portfolio marketing, incl. omni-channel calendar (in which NPI sits) and portfolio management (phase in / phase out). Together with Shopper Excellence Manager determines product portfolio for the Zone, setting up and executing roadmaps for the introduction of new products or updates and the phasing-out of existing products in such a way that an optimal product portfolio is available on the market in time and with low costs of stock.
  • In collaboration with Trade & Shopper marketing team, initiates and realizes local trade marketing actions and promotions on the basis of the recommendations, in order to stimulate sell-out and loyalty of the distribution channel. Optimizes (both offline and online) the shelf (portfolio, price points, promotions) to drive brand preference, increase conversion and basket size.
  • Optimal allocation of local A&P spent as input for AOP cycles and BMC planning securing the best investment mix (Consumer, Shopper & Media).
  • In collaboration with Insight & Analytics team, be responsible for validation of local Source of Business and provide Business with local consumer insights about consumers , market, local trends, shopper profile and competition.
  • Localization of global content and local content creation (influencers, PR, etc.) in collaboration with the Media team
  • Champion the voice of the customer and manage a holistic customer experience in the market including omni-channel calendar and portfolio management.

You will c ollaborate with many different teams and stakeholders both at local level (Italy, Israel, Greece) and at European one.

You're the right fit if you have :

  • Bachelor degree (preferable in Business Admin. with major in Marketing)
  • 5 years working experience in consumer domain, in activating marketing plans in B2C environment, ideally in child / mother care industry.
  • Category Marketing capabilities (knowledge of online and in-store excellence and related KPIs i.e. Assortment Share, Promo / Flyer Share, Share of Shelf, Secondary Placement, Stock Availability)
  • Language skills : English (fluent) in addition to Italian as local languange.
  • Good analytical skills (with proven track record) with ability to go deeply into the numbers / strong Excel knowledge.
  • Global agility / International mindset, consumer-centric approach, data-driven decision maker.
  • Ability to lead a cooperative effort among members of multifunctional teams
  • Valuable and strong team player.
  • Aptitude to take ownership and strong orientation to results, negotiation skills.
  • Passionate for Health / Personal Care matter.
