Site Manager

• Description

As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing construction site activities and ensuring the successful completion of projects. Your role will involve managing contracts, coordinating with subcontractors, and maintaining a focus on safety and quality. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our renewable energy projects.

• Responsibilities
• Supervise construction site activities, providing guidance to contracting companies and ensuring project objectives are met.
• Utilize contract economic control tools to monitor project budgets and costs effectively.
• Implement assigned projects based on received technical documentation.
• Proactively report critical issues identified and collaborate with the Works Manager and safety coordinators.
• Coordinate on-site workers and verify compliance with safety regulations.
• Support site organization, taking personal responsibility for order progress.
• Maintain excellent communication with the Project Manager, providing detailed updates and reports.
• Requirements
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented and capable of transferring on-site activities to the Project Manager accurately.
• Education : Surveyor, surveyor, or degree in technical disciplines.
• Preferred Experience : Previous construction management experience.
• Specific Knowledge : Familiarity with HSE regulations and main civil and electrical works.
• Location

90% on-site in the North-Central-Southern areas of Italy, so travel is required.

10% office-based.
