Job Description :

As an Inside Account Representative, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by generating, qualifying, and managing leads through both inbound and outbound channels. You'll work closely with our Business Development Manager and channel partners to build a strong sales pipeline.

This role involves managing relationships with channel partners and end users, coordinating meetings, and supporting small to mid-sized sales opportunities from start to close. You will engage with system integrators, VARs (Value-Added Resellers), and resellers to understand their needs and deliver value-driven solutions, strengthening our market presence and customer loyalty.

By identifying new business opportunities and supporting strategic expansion, your work will be essential in boosting team efficiency, ensuring sales readiness, and helping the company reach its growth objectives.

Requirements :

  • 5+ years of account management experience
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in the IT Hardware sector, with knowledge of the rugged market a plus
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Business-level English proficiency required, Spanish a plus
