Gifrab Italia SpA, a historic leader in the Fashion Retail sector with over 100 stores in Italy, is seeking a District Manager Genova. The ideal candidate comes from structured retail environments, possesses strong technical and professional skills, and has proven experience in managing a network of stores.
Location: Genova
The role involves overseeing the launch, supervision, and commercial coordination of stores in the area, developing and implementing sales strategies aligned with company values, and achieving revenue and profitability targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets while maintaining price and cost standards and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Monitor store performance, analyze sales data, and implement corrective actions.
- Manage and optimize store costs and contribute to budgeting processes.
Commercial Area:
- Ensure proper execution of commercial policies and promotional initiatives.
- Promote store growth and maintain brand image and staff presentation.
Product Area:
- Manage assortments and stock levels, ensuring a suitable product mix.
Brand Area:
- Implement marketing and communication strategies, analyze competitors, and develop local partnerships.
Human Resources:
- Recruit, manage, and develop staff; conduct interviews and training; evaluate performance; foster a positive working environment.
Management and Technical Area:
- Coordinate store activities and staff, ensure quality standards, and maintain operational systems and data security.
Candidate Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar retail or GDO role; experience in clothing retail preferred.
- Degree in economics or management (preferred).
- Strong skills in sales analysis, KPI management, store operations, and team development.
- Proficiency with information systems and good command of English.
The ideal candidate is highly managerial, organized, results-oriented, customer-focused, and possesses leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stress management skills. Willingness to travel is required.
