About the program

iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein, and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28. Candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship. Applications must be submitted in English, and only those in English will be considered.

About the job

As a VIE, you will contribute to the Italian Pharmacovigilance (PV) team through projects and daily activities, performing PV tasks for Sanofi in Italy & Malta in accordance with local legislation and company guidelines. Join our team as a Pharmacovigilance Specialist and help maintain PV knowledge, legal compliance, and good customer relations.

Main responsibilities :

• Serve as the Pharmacovigilance Specialist for Sanofi products.
• Maintain Pharmacovigilance Operating & Safety Management systems.
• Monitor incoming communication for Pharmacovigilance data, ensuring timely reporting.
• Ensure compliance with Pharmacovigilance requirements at global, regional, and local levels.
• Identify issues or dysfunctions within PV processes.
• Participate in PV education and training within the organization and contribute to compliance metrics.
• Collaborate with local and regional teams to manage the Local Pharmacovigilance system effectively.

About you

Experience :

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role is highly preferred.

Skills :

Knowledge of international and national pharmacovigilance regulations and industry standards. Ability to work with urgency, attention to detail, high accuracy, good organization, punctuality, diligence, and the ability to prioritize tasks under time pressure.

Education :

Master’s Degree in a scientific field (Medical Doctor, Pharmacist, Health Sciences, Veterinarian, Biologist, or similar).

Languages :

Fluent English (medical terminology knowledge is an asset) and basic Italian (at least understanding).
