What Are We Looking For?

English language - Mother Tongue or C2 level

Team player with a winning mentality - your desire is to consistently exceed 100% of the monthly quota, and you are willing to make sacrifices so that your colleagues reach it too.

Data-driven thinking - you are skilled at analyzing and interpreting data, making decisions based on quantitative evidence, and continuously improving business strategies through the effective use of data.

Desire to learn - you are willing to participate in on-field coaching sessions and eager to read books on improving your sales skills. Training can be in-person or remote. We also meet occasionally to share company values.

Experience in the role - you have at least 3-5 years of previous experience in a sales team (SaaS) where you exceeded your sales targets significantly.

Experience selling to clients based in UK and Ireland.

Organization - you pay attention to detail, plan your agenda meticulously, and update the CRM promptly.

Productivity - you are highly motivated to sell to the SMB market, managing short and intense sales cycles.

What Will You Do?

As a member of Smartpricing's Sales team for the International Market, you will help make us the No. 1 Pricing Software in the region by the end of 2024. You will participate in both in-person and remote training sessions and support the expansion of Smartpricing internationally through activities such as:

  • Sales negotiation - managing a busy schedule of online and in-person meetings with prospects, articulating our value proposition, and creating enthusiasm.
  • Participation in trade fairs and events - attending major national trade fairs and organizing on-site meetings.
  • Business Development - proactively seeking new opportunities via cold calling and emailing.
  • Data analysis and reviews - honing analytical skills by reviewing your pipeline with advanced sales tools.
  • Reaching the monthly target - aiming to exceed the ARR target with an incentivizing bonus plan.
