Responsibilities:

1. Assist in organizing and managing a team of skilled engineers working on agricultural machinery.
2. Coordinate with other departments to ensure parts availability and efficient time management.
3. Manage call outs and ensure first-class service delivery to customers.
4. Oversee all aspects of the service team and workshop management.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with valued customers.
6. Repair and maintain agricultural machinery, including tractors and combines, for prestigious brands.
7. Diagnose and repair machinery problems to ensure high operational standards, manufacturer specifications, and safety.

Candidate Profile:

• Experienced agricultural engineer seeking to advance into management.
• Excellent understanding of agricultural machinery and seasonal customer pressures.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with engineers and customers.
