Base pay range

Azienda attiva nel settore delle consulenze business ricerca un/una consulente telefonico/a da inserire nel team commerciale. La risorsa sarà incaricata della gestione dei contatti telefonici con potenziali clienti e dell’assistenza ai clienti già acquisiti.

Mansioni previste

Contatto telefonico con clienti potenziali, secondo liste e flussi assegnati

Presentazione dell’offerta aziendale e gestione della fase contrattuale

Assistenza telefonica post-contratto ai clienti attivi

Requisiti richiesti

Diploma di istruzione secondaria di secondo grado

Buona padronanza degli strumenti informatici (email, Excel, CRM)

Ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali

Precisione e attitudine al lavoro per obiettivi

Offerta

Contratto a tempo determinato iniziale della durata di sei mesi, con possibilità di proroga

Orario di lavoro full-time, dal lunedì al venerdì

Inquadramento secondo CCNL applicabile al settore dei servizi
