Desktop Support Engineer

We have an open position for a Desktop Support Engineer with one of our clients based in Barletta, Italy. This is a permanent/full-time position. Below is the detailed job description for your reference. Please share your application if you are interested.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Provide support for desktops and laptops, including troubleshooting and hardware repairs.
2. Manage peripheral devices such as printers and scanners.
3. Work with operating systems including Windows, macOS, and Linux.
4. Manage user accounts, groups, and permissions using Active Directory.
5. Configure and manage Group Policy Objects (GPOs) for security and system configuration.
6. Utilize remote management tools like Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Intune for software deployment and remote support.
7. Support Microsoft 365 applications such as Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
8. Assist with video conferencing tools like Zoom, Cisco Webex, and Google Meet.
9. Understand unified communication platforms like Skype for Business and Slack.
10. Use Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools such as Microsoft Intune, AirWatch, or MobileIron.
11. Implement and manage Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) policies.
