Field Engineer Puglia - Fixed Term Contract

We are looking for a brilliant Field Engineer who is keen to start a rewarding and successful career path in an international company.

What does the role involve?

As a Field Engineer, you will work with our customers, sales teams, contractors, and designers to drive the sales of specific products such as anchors fixings, installation systems, direct fastening, firestop, and fire protection systems.

This involves educating key stakeholders on construction projects about the proper use, advantages, and value of Hilti products, and securing their specifications in the designs.

You will communicate these product specifications from design teams to sales teams, assisting account managers with their conversion into sales. This includes visiting job sites to assess design challenges and opportunities, providing technical advice, solutions, and support, and adding value with Hilti products.

What you need is:

• Master's Degree in Building or Civil Engineering - familiarity with BIM is a plus
• Excellent knowledge of English and Italian
• Good problem-solving skills
• Strong communication, relational skills, and team spirit
• Ability to work towards goals and manage projects
• Determination, eagerness to learn, and engagement
