Junior Quality Specialist

INTERMAGNETICS s.r.l., part of the TMC TRANSFORMERS S.p.A. group, a leading European company and global leader in the design and manufacture of medium and low voltage transformers, is seeking a Junior Quality Specialist for its headquarters in Fabro (TR).

Activities:

1. Support quality management throughout all product phases via regular monitoring, internal audits, and sampling checks, either independently or alongside department managers;
2. Assist in defining and updating operational procedures;
3. Help manage internal/external non-conformities related to materials, products, and processes, including root cause analysis, corrective actions, and effectiveness verification. Knowledge of advanced problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, 5 Why, Hisakawa, FMEA, and Kaizen is preferred;
4. Collaborate with department managers on waste reduction projects;
5. Support the Quality team in managing the integrated Quality, Safety, and Environment system, with a focus on monitoring quality indicators and achieving objectives.

Required Qualifications:

1. Diploma or degree in technical subjects;
2. 1-2 years of experience in Quality Control, Production, or Technical roles within well-organized companies with ISO 9001 certification;
3. English language proficiency at least B1-B2 level;
4. Teamwork orientation;
5. Precision and a structured approach to task management.

Salary and level of placement will be determined based on the candidate's actual experience during the selection process.
