As a Tire Technician at Joe Bland Construction, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and servicing vehicles essential to our construction operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and be adept at handling various automotive repair tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Perform tire installations, rotations, and repairs on company vehicles and heavy equipment.
- Conduct automotive diagnostics to identify and resolve tire-related issues promptly.
- Assist with general mechanic duties such as oil changes and basic vehicle maintenance.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively to carry out tire technician tasks.
- Collaborate with the dealership for tire-related services and purchases.
- Demonstrate mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and fix heavy machinery tire problems effectively.
- Ensure proper tire inflation levels and alignment for optimal vehicle performance.
- Adhere to safety protocols while performing tasks that involve heavy lifting.

Experience:
- Proven experience in automotive repair with a focus on heavy machinery tire services.
- Familiarity with using power tools, hand tools, and equipment relevant to tire maintenance.
- Previous work in a dealership or automotive setting is advantageous.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
