Residential Quality Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled Residential Quality Manager to oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of our residential spaces. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a keen eye for detail.

About the Role

• Manage the daily cleaning schedule to ensure that all areas are clean and tidy
• Conduct regular inspections to identify any issues or areas for improvement
• Work closely with the housekeeping team to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all rooms and public areas are cleaned to a high standard
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team
• Assist with the training and development of housekeeping staff

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
