Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily field operations, job sites, and office coordination
• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise service technicians and crews
• Deliver exceptional customer service and oversee quality control
• Perform hands-on field work as needed—this is not a desk-only role
• Manage budgets, reporting, invoicing, and scheduling
• Identify opportunities for growth, expansion, and operational efficiency

Qualifications

• Experience in field operations, logistics, construction, home services, or service industry management
• Demonstrated success in a leadership role (Operations Manager, General Manager, Site Supervisor, etc.)
• Physically fit and willing to perform on-site work when required
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
