BSP Pharmaceuticals S.p.A is a Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO). The BSP campus hosts two segregated facilities to serve clients with development from pre-clinical GLP to cGMP manufacturing for clinical and commercial supply of cytotoxic and high potent oncology drugs, as well as non-cytotoxic, innovative compounds for immunotherapy and other therapeutics applications. Facilities are designed to handle small and large molecules such as ADCs (conjugation and fill finish), peptides, proteins, oligonucleotides, and nanomedicines. BSP is technologically advanced to meet the needs of innovators, with a high containment facility supporting the entire product lifecycle, from formulation and process development/optimization to scale-up/scale-down studies.

Position:

We are currently looking for a Demand Specialist responsible for:

• Analyzing short-, medium-, and long-term demand to ensure master scheduling;
• Monitoring long-term capacity of production lines and inventory;
• Identifying and managing material constraints;
• Participating in production budget planning;
• Creating, monitoring, and analyzing KPIs related to demand and inventory;
• Collaborating with Business Management and Technology Transfer teams to understand market trends;
• Using historical data and market analysis to develop accurate demand forecasts;
• Processing safety stock based on demand trends;
• Conducting inventory analysis.

Requirements:

• Master's Degree in Management Engineering;
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel;
• Strong analytical, business, and client-oriented skills;
• Professional proficiency in English;
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within pharmaceutical organizations;
• Great can-do attitude.
