Mechanical Engineer

Carraro is a leading Group in transmission systems for off-road vehicles and specialized tractors. Our activities are divided into two Business Areas :

• Transmission systems (axles and transmissions) and components mainly for agricultural and earthmoving machinery, as well as gears intended for various sectors : automotive, material handling, agriculture, and earthmoving.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop transmission systems for off-road vehicles and specialized tractors
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product performance and efficiency
• Analyze customer needs and provide solutions to meet their requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Proven experience in transmission system design and development
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
