Job Title: Field Service Engineer IGT (Image Guided Therapy)

Job Description:

As a Field Service Technician, you will support the technical needs of Philips customers by providing maintenance and installation of HealthTech products & services, maximizing customer satisfaction by seeking opportunities to support our customers further and deliver value.

Your role:

• Working on customer sites in the French-speaking region of Switzerland for installation/assembly of IGT diagnostic systems, corrective maintenance, and quality checks.
• Ensuring corrective maintenance on our devices.
• Training users on equipment operation and upgrades.
• Transmitting information related to your interventions.
• Collaborating with sales teams to meet customer needs.

You're the right fit if:

• You have a technical or electronic training background (mechanical engineer, electromechanical technician, electrical technician, electronics technician).
• You have in-depth knowledge of computer and digital technology.
• You have a strong affinity for the diverse field of medical technology.
• You possess excellent French and English language skills.
• You are independent, flexible, team-oriented, and maintain a professional work approach.

How we work together:

• We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
• Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
• Field roles are most effectively performed outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
