Adecco Italia Spa is seeking an Administrative Employee for a client active in Public Administration, focused on the protection and safeguarding of Italian real estate assets.

Responsibilities:

• Management of State real estate assets and classification of state property;
• Legal regulations regarding leases, concessions, and cultural heritage assets;
• Civil law, with specific reference to real rights, inheritance, and registration of real estate records;
• Administrative law, including administrative procedures (L. 241/90), public contracting, transparency, and anti-corruption;
• Urban planning and building regulations.

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Law (Laurea Magistrale in Giurisprudenza);
• At least 1 year of work experience in public or private sectors related to the above topics;
• Excellent skills in MS Office;
• Driving license B;
• Availability for travel and inspections.

Offer:

• Temporary contract until 30/04/2026 with potential renewal;
• Company-level CCNL - Level 3 (13 monthly payments);
• 36 hours/week (7.12 hours daily) from 8:00 to 16:12 with flexibility, including daily meal vouchers;
• Smartworking options;
• Location: Naples - Regional Directorate Campania;
• Start date: 01/08/2025.
