As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will generate quality leads and follow up on inbound email and telephone inquiries. Responsibilities include updating the CRM system regularly, upselling and cross-selling to existing customers, and attending industry events and educational workshops. You should also conduct research on market trends and competitors' products.
What are your responsibilities?
- Generate, qualify, and nurture quality inbound and outbound leads; give company presentations to potential and existing clients
- Scout and prospect new channel opportunities to develop the business in collaboration with relevant departments, e.g., marketing
- Follow up on inbound email and telephone inquiries and update the CRM system regularly
- Conduct research on market trends and competitors' products
- Work with Italian and other international peers and departments to share and plan best practices and ideas
- Attend industry events, trade fairs, and educational workshops
- Monitor opportunities and threats in the market to adjust BauWatch’s commercial strategy accordingly
To succeed as an Inside Sales Executive, you should be persuasive and committed to achieving sales goals. A top-performing Inside Sales Specialist should be enthusiastic, customer-oriented, and demonstrate strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills at all times.
What do we expect from you?
- 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales and/or Marketing, preferably in a startup or growth environment
- Previous experience or relationships in the construction, renewables, or security industry is preferred
- Good knowledge of MS Office programs
- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce is preferred
- Native Italian and advanced (conversational) English skills for internal communication
