Job Opportunity: Area Manager in Caltanissetta and Province

Sentra Energia S.p.A., a leading provider of electricity and gas in the free market, is expanding its commercial team and seeking to hire 1 Area Manager to join our company.

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage a commercial network within the region.
• Train agents on sales methodologies and guidelines established by the company.
• Support the sales team through periodic coaching.
• Motivate the sales network to achieve individual and team targets.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in the electricity and gas sector.
• Experience in creating and managing sales networks within the utilities sector.
• Immediate availability and full-time commitment.
• Determination to achieve revenue targets for assigned tasks.
