June – Dec 2024 : Evaluating and re-assessing current Risk Assessment to identify current risk rating across the fleet based on incident historical data, controls and barriers, procedures, and standards.

  1. Conduct fleet-wide Road Safety Gap Analysis and provide a comprehensive report including recommendations for both short-term and long-term solutions.
  2. Participate in all MVI-related incidents, both work-related and non-work-related.

Collaborate with CRCD, involving them in all proposed programs / awareness training for the community / LGU regarding road safety, driving safety, and road condition improvement.

  • Verify gap analysis action closure and its effectiveness.
  • Prepare detailed learnings for fleet-wide reference and implementation.
  • Share best practices and evaluate the effectiveness of all controls and barriers installed / implemented.
  • Collaborate with CRCD, meet with LGUs / community to discuss improvements and gather feedback from EDC’s road safety initiatives.
  • Provide trending analysis and KPIs for Road Transport Related Incidents / Activities.
