Responsible for IT Support Management and Maintenance for the entire company.
Manage rights for users within the company and provide support to users.
Oversee IT-related aspects of local contracts, including investments, leasing, software licenses, and backups.
Require solid knowledge of software and hardware use.
Minimum 3 years of experience. Skills include: good knowledge of English (writing and speaking), strong organizational skills, good coordination skills, problem-solving, tactical planning, effective communication, and a client- and colleague-oriented attitude.
Ability to work at different organizational levels and lead a small team.

Knowledge of ITIL and basic networking skills.
Experience in the Logistics industry is a plus.
