We are currently seeking a STOCK KEEPER - Categorie Protette (L.68/99) for our store in Roma Piazza di Spagna.

The stock keeper's responsibilities include ensuring proper goods rotation according to company standards, maintaining order in the warehouse, and organizing products following stockroom procedures. They also guarantee the safety of products and valuable materials in the store and warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory management

• Responsible for daily cycle counts
• Plans and executes annual inventory
• Ensures all stockroom guidelines are followed
• Complies with company policies on merchandise and store security to minimize loss
• Ensures all items are accurately priced and ticketed
• Liaises with the store manager to optimize stockroom management
• Trains team members on inventory guidelines and policies
• Escalates discrepancies or issues with stock to the manager
• Maintains a clean and organized stockroom, including transfers and returns
• Prepares goods for shipment to clients, other stores, or the warehouse
• Assists the store manager with after-sales activities and repairs
• Handles end-of-season returns and product transfers
• Liaises with couriers to ensure timely deliveries
• Follows shipping and receiving procedures for accurate processing

Client services

• Ensures high levels of customer service at all times
• Supports store management in achieving sales goals and KPIs
• Assists with floor directives, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping
• Replenishes merchandise and monitors floor stock
• Adheres to visual standards and POS policies
• Collaborates with management to educate the sales team on sales plans and goals
• Demonstrates operational proficiency and trains team members in daily store functions

• Strong customer service, communication, and presentation skills
• Experience with retail systems and operations
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule
