Within CACEIS, you will join the Sales and Client Excellence Support Business Line (SCES). This department promotes best practices within sales teams by supporting sales through technical training, information gathering, and monitoring clients and prospects. It manages the Group’s CRM tool, measures commercial activity, and supervises client satisfaction via the LCS survey process. SCES collaborates closely with Coverage, Client Success, Business Engineering, Product Management, and Risks, Compliance, and Operations departments to manage the commercial pipeline, proposals, and organization of commercial entities.

By joining this department, you will be in contact with :

  • The Commercial representatives of various CACEIS entities and their management
  • The product management team within CACEIS
  • Group and local financial steering teams
  • Global Markets and Market Solutions teams
  • The team responsible for responding to client RFPs and Due Diligences (Business Engineering)
  • Internal and external communication teams
  • IT teams, especially the project management support team for the Group CRM
  • The Crédit Agricole S.A. Press Watch team

Key Responsibilities : Economic Intelligence :

  • Collect and analyze information relevant to CACEIS's commercial development
  • Conduct market research and sales studies

Support to the Sales Division :

  • Support and monitor sales strategies and targets
  • Manage process improvement projects
  • Assist users with the Group CRM (Microsoft Dynamics)

CRM Tool Management :

  • Stay updated on CRM developments
  • Participate in CRM testing and updates

Analysis of Commercial Activity :

  • Develop and automate reports
  • Analyze sales performance and produce periodic reports

Coordinate with support departments to optimize CRM and trade information, support the rollout of sales strategies, and produce indicators for departments and management. Organize meetings and committees to monitor commercial activity and support local Business Engineering and Communication needs.

Educational Background : Laurea in Economia

Experience : 3-5 years

Languages : English and Italian
