By joining OVHcloud, you will become part of the Security for Customers team, which has three main missions:

  • Assist sales, support, and pre-sales teams in answering customer questions related to OVHcloud security offerings.
  • In close cooperation with the WSIS team, define and implement OVHcloud’s customer-oriented processes, and support the consideration of customer needs within WSIS.
  • Participate in information security working groups with the help of public relations teams, to which OVHcloud contributes.
  • Demonstrate good management of information security to customers, especially regarding industry-specific business requirements and sovereign issues requested by partners and major customers.

Missions :

  • Support the development of the Southern Europe cluster and maintain S4C team capabilities.
  • Support commercial forces and other geographies.
  • Maintain and develop cybersecurity certifications aligned with the sovereign standards of Southern Europe.
  • Build trusting relationships with official administrations in these countries.
  • Develop public safety-oriented documentation.
  • Understand how certifications work, especially in cybersecurity (e.g., ISO27001, ACN).
  • Possess knowledge of cybersecurity and cloud technologies.
  • Exhibit good written and oral communication skills, with pedagogical abilities.
  • Be fluent in English and Italian, with a good command of Spanish (written and oral).
  • Have a strong understanding of the institutional cyber context in Italy and complex data management and interpretation.
