Progettista Elettrico

Epta, a leading multinational company in the commercial refrigeration sector, is seeking to hire an Electrical Designer for its plant in Limana (BL).

Main Responsibilities:

1. Manage all phases of electrical panel design independently.
2. Design final testing procedures.
3. Create specifications for external design and ensure suppliers adhere to Epta's design and manufacturing standards.
4. Support documentation of key product features (manuals, technical sheets, etc.).
5. Coordinate with suppliers to guide development and implementation.
6. Assist Quality in managing non-conformities, product training, and assembly line testing.
7. Support Purchasing in introducing new components and suppliers.

Requirements:

• Preferably a degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in electrical design, preferably in refrigeration/air conditioning.
• Ability to use electrical CAD software.
• Teamwork skills and autonomous project management.
• Problem-solving attitude and critical thinking.
• English proficiency at B2 level; knowledge of a second language is a plus.
• Availability for short business trips.
