We are looking for a driven, experienced, and dedicated Business Development Manager with a desire to succeed!

  • Technical and commercial skills

  • Practical, hands-on mentality
  • Clear verbal communication, empathetic and concise
  • Persuasive sales skills and influencing ability
  • Experience with Salesforce (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Fluent in English and Italian

Your responsibilities :

  • Implement the commercial policy for the professional lighting channel
  • Expand coverage in the assigned region, supporting agency efforts
  • Develop business cases with the Country Manager and Sales Head for regional expansion
  • Identify and develop new customers (installers, contractors, end users)
  • Develop projects and track progress in Salesforce
  • Conduct training sessions for agencies and customers in Italy
  • Serve as the Italy reference for BLE system training and collaboration
  • Gather market intelligence and coordinate with the Opple marketing team
  • Achieve sales targets and budget goals
  • Manage internal relationships across channels and departments
