Job Description:

Grafton ICT, a division dedicated to enhancing skills and potential in AI, Data, Cybersecurity, Cloud, ERP & CRM, Systems and Infrastructure, IMAC, and Development, is seeking support staff for a System Integrator company operating nationally.

We are looking for:

• Help Desk / PC Technician - TREVISO - Initial contract until 31/12/2025 (renewable)

to join a support team assisting users with first-level IT issues within a public administration context.

Ideal candidates should have good interpersonal and communication skills.

The role involves supporting users in the correct use of company applications and troubleshooting.

We welcome both junior profiles with interest and predisposition for IT, and experienced professionals seeking reintegration into the workforce.

Location: TREVISO, with occasional travel to Castelfranco Veneto and Conegliano.

Working hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 8:00-18:00, with possible overtime.

Contract: Temporary agency contract for three months initially, with potential extension.

Level and Compensation: 4th level CCNL Telecomunicazioni, RAL €22,539.14 plus meal vouchers of €9.30.
