We are currently recruiting for a Technical Support (associate level) for the Southern Europe region. You will work closely with different business sectors and deliver technical support activities to achieve customer satisfaction and business growth. Location: Remote

Responsibilities include:

  1. Communicating with sales teams to promote business opportunities and complete quarterly and annual payment collection and settlement targets.
  2. Supporting the analysis of regional potential customer groups and collecting relevant customer information.
  3. Supporting market research and analysis on requirements, product competitiveness, and the latest technological developments.
  4. Traveling as needed to support client meetings and company events.

Qualifications:

  • PhD or equivalent experience.
  • Outstanding listening, verbal, and written English communication skills.
  • Native or business level Italian speaking ability.
