Reporting to the HR Manager, the Retail HR Business Partner acts as the HR point of contact for Retail employees, including managers, managing all activities related to HR practices and policies for stores in their respective area.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Visiting company stores regularly
  2. Recruiting staff for new openings and managing physiological turnover
  3. Supporting learning processes and induction activities
  4. Engaging store staff with the company’s values and culture
  5. Communicating company policies
  6. Talent management, including development plans and talent rotation
  7. Analyzing staff needs and follow-up
  8. Supporting HR Payroll Specialist with policies and administrative activities, serving as the first contact for store staff
  9. Managing Compensation & Benefits programs in line with company strategy
  10. Liaising with HR Central Department on legal practices and labor law

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • University Degree
  • At least 6 years of experience as HR Business Partner in an international retail organization
  • Good knowledge of HRM best practices
  • Excellent administrative skills with high speed and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks
  • Labor Law knowledge
  • Stress resistance, problem-solving, and business acumen
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Fluency in English
