Job Description:

Sentra Energia SpA, a direct supplier of electricity and gas, along with a wide range of additional services such as the Multichannel Electronic Payment Platform, is expanding its national network of Partner Points. We are seeking 1 Business Development Manager for the affiliation and management of new points of sale (Shop in Shop).

The selected candidate will manage the Partner affiliation process and develop commercial strategies to increase business opportunities, expand the customer portfolio, and strengthen relationships with existing clients. This role is crucial for ensuring the success of delegated commercial operations and coordinating sales activities in synergy with other company departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage new points of sale (Shop in Shop) at locations such as bars, tobacconists, CAFs, private post offices, real estate agencies, mobile phone centers, and service centers.
  • Plan effective commercial strategies.
  • Train and motivate the sales team.
  • Achieve challenging targets.

Candidate Profile:

We are looking for a manager with:

  • Experience in managing points of sale in the energy or telecommunications sector.
  • Leadership qualities and excellent communication skills.
  • Result and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Flexibility and adaptability.
