The role
We are looking for Application Engineers to join our team. You will lead efforts to introduce the Augmenta Construction Platform (ACP) to the electrical engineering and contractor markets, ensuring customer success. Your responsibilities include developing the platform in collaboration with our engineering and product teams, supporting deployment and integration, conducting product demonstrations for pre-sales, and creating training materials.
What you will do
- Deploy ACP by training customer teams for quick and successful adoption.
- Manage pilot and custom projects, acting as the primary support contact.
- Assist customers in preparing Excel data, Revit projects, templates, and related data for ACP.
- Gather customer feedback on needs, practices, and issues, and relay this to our product teams.
- Troubleshoot, resolve, and prioritize customer issues.
- Participate in sales calls, demonstrating ACP's value and addressing product and workflow questions.
- Conduct technical workshops and support during conferences.
- Create demonstration Revit sites and training documentation.
- Prepare Revit part families and templates.
- Assess features for customer fit and report bugs for quality assurance.
- Travel may be required (primarily to the US, 5-10%).
- This role involves sales and customer success, advocating for our innovative workflows, mainly working with electrical subcontractors, and requiring expertise in electrical contractor workflows and constructability understanding.

- Experienced with Autodesk Revit for electrical modeling.

- Strong communication skills to liaise with our development team.
Nice to have
Experience with AEC tools like Navisworks, Bluebeam, BIM360, etc., is a plus but not required.
